History and Terroir

Vincent Paindavoine established his eponymous domaine in 2021, reclaiming vineyards from his family estate. Although he debuted his first vintage under his own name in 2022, his winemaking expertise spans nearly two decades, including his ongoing role at the Hospices de Beaune, where he oversees prestigious Côte de Nuits Grand Crus. His domaine has expanded gradually, now encompassing appellations from Coteaux Bourguignons to Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Les Beaux Monts.

Farming and Winemaking

Rooted in a hands-on, vineyard-first philosophy, Vincent employs organic and biodynamic farming practices, working manually across his highly fragmented plots. His low-intervention approach in the cellar focuses on preserving fruit purity and terroir expression. Fermentations adapt to each vintage, sulfur use is minimal, and élevage prioritizes oxygenation over oak influence. His wines, bottled unfiltered for reds and lightly filtered for whites only if necessary, embody freshness, finesse, and a deep sense of place.
