La Borne is a jewel within the famed Morstein vineyard of Rheinhessen, Germany. It's an elevated parcel of old vines rooted in limestone and clay marl, producing some of the most profound Rieslings of our time. Released only in exceptional vintages, with just a few hundred bottles available worldwide, these wines are treasures typically seen only at auction. Their reputation for purity, mineral depth, and longevity has earned them acclaim as one of Germany’s most compelling expressions of terroir. For one night only, a vertical of La Borne will be presented alongside a bespoke gourmet menu from the Michelin-starred team at Trivet. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the evolution of this rare wine across vintages, in the company of fellow collectors and connoisseurs.
